Compliance Mandate: Adult Delivery
All shipments require a signature and valid photo identification from a person over 18 years of age. This is not a choice but a mandatory legal requirement under Australian liquor licensing laws. Carriers will make no exceptions. Failure to provide ID or an adult recipient will result in the immediate return of the shipment.

(Shipping cost is €5.99 per order, with free shipping on orders over €35. Order processing time is 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days post-dispatch.)

Secure Packaging Protocol
The delicate nature of high-end spirits and fine wines necessitates a superior packaging protocol. We use triple-layered cardboard boxes coupled with proprietary foam or inflatable bottle protection systems. Each package is vibration-dampened and rigorously tested to withstand standard transit shocks. This extensive method is factored into our shipping costs, reflecting the care taken with every bottle.

Order Fulfillment Timeline
Our internal fulfillment standard dictates that all orders are picked, verified, and packaged within 1-3 business days. We aim for the quicker end of this range (1 day) for orders placed before noon AEST on a business day.

Shipping Zones and Delivery Expectation
The 3-5 business days delivery estimate applies to most major cities and surrounding suburbs. For extended delivery areas, such as Tasmania or significant portions of South Australia and the more remote parts of New South Wales, the transit time may be closer to 5-7 business days. This variance is due to the necessary transfer between metropolitan logistics hubs and last-mile regional delivery partners.

Freight Forwarding Prohibition
To maintain full regulatory control and ensure age verification, My Store prohibits the use of third-party freight forwarding services. All orders must be shipped directly to the final consumer’s residential or business premises in a legally permitted area. Any order flagged as utilizing a freight forwarder may be cancelled immediately.

Insurance and Claims
Every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In the rare instance that a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging. We will then initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement shipment (subject to stock availability) or issue a full refund, minimizing hassle for the customer.

Re-Delivery Policy
If delivery fails because an adult is not present, the customer has one week to arrange collection from the local depot or request one final redelivery attempt. After this period, the package is returned, and a full re-shipping fee (equal to the initial €5.99 charge or the true cost for regional areas) must be paid before the order is re-sent. The initial €5.99 fee for standard service is an subsidized rate, and the actual cost of re-shipping a heavy, fragile box is often higher, which may be passed on to the customer for a second failed delivery.
